Good Form’s Founders Speak at Currys Women’s Network Event

Emma Slade Edmondson and Melissa Legarda - founders of Good Form speak at Curry's Women's Network Event

Good Form speak on Purpose Driven Careers at Curry’s Women’s Network.

Purpose Driven Careers

Last month, we had the privilege of speaking at the Currys plc Women’s Network - an inspiring company wide group dedicated to leadership, impact, and positive change. The session we were asked to deliver centred on the power of purpose-driven careers and how conscious marketing can help brands connect more meaningfully with the people they serve.

Drawing on a journey that began in sustainable fashion and evolved into behaviour change and values-led marketing for our founder Emma, the conversation was expertly facilitated by co-founder Melissa. It explored why the future of brand engagement cannot be about shouting louder. Instead, it has to be driven by storytelling with substance: creativity anchored in transparency and realism, and mission strategy that can facilitate real impact.

The room was full of women passionate about weaving purpose into their work, and it was energising to see how seriously Currys approaches both internal leadership development and external sustainability goals, including empowering customers to extend the life of their tech.

As an agency dedicated to conscious and creative marketing, we left the evening reminded of the momentum building across industries. When organisations invite real dialogue, challenge the status quo, and lead with intention, marketing becomes more than communication - it becomes a catalyst for impact.

An inspiring line up

Also speaking were entrepreneur and former The Apprentice contestant Michelle Niziol and leadership coach Jo Cowlin, whose perspectives added real depth to the evening.

Michelle brought powerful honesty to the conversation around visibility and resilience, offering us a reminder that stepping into our voice is as much an act of courage as it is of leadership. Jo Cowlin encouraged the room to reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies, especially in moments that feel challenging and that call for clarity or decisive action as female leaders.

Speakers: Melissa Legarda, Michelle Niziol, Jo Cowlin, Emma Slade Edmondson

We’re honoured to have been part of the conversation and look forward to more opportunities to help brands tell purposeful stories that genuinely connect.
